Our Vision

Challenge : Inspire : Prepare

We believe in developing a breadth of skills and knowledge that nourish a strong sense of

self-belief so that all our staff and pupils can achieve their own greatness.


Long Term Aims 2019 - 2022:

  • To review, develop and implement a sustainable, distributed leadership structure which meets the changing needs of the school.
  • To provide an environment that inspires, challenges and prepares all children so that they are able to thrive in our rapidly changing world.
  • To work in close collaboration with The Mead and BET Cluster schools in order to establish effective transition for pupils, professional development for staff and community partnership.
  • To develop and embed a school culture of joint accountability in regard to achieving the school vision.

Quality of Education - The school's intent and implementation of the curriculum is securely and consistently embedded across the school by all staff.

Behaviour and Wellbeing: The leaders create a safe, calm, orderly and positive environment in the school, which has positive impact on the behaviour and attitudes of pupils.

Personal Development: The school consistently promotes the extensive personal development of all pupils.

Leadership and Management: Leaders at all levels drive high expectations and are relentless in providing excellence in education for all pupils.
